I remember David Icke from derogatory tabloid headlines such as ‘Icke claims Prince Philip secret reptilian’ and other journalistic gems.

In this interview with yet another cool hipster podcaster in the Joe Rogan mould, he still waxes lyrical about a dazzling range of outlandish topics and concepts and somehow manages to connect them all – I do have to admit at times he comes across as quite engaging and sincere; heartfelt I think is how I would typify those parts in this rather one-sided interview.

In fact, Icke might still be one of the easiest guests to interview. No matter what the first question is, he’s off. I think I heard the cool podcast dude ask three or even just two questions in a show that runs for more than an hour.

Personally, I might have asked how Icke thinks the simian evolutionary impulses in humans impact on the reptilian brain cortex but for those of us with some time on our hands, the ‘remade’ Icke certainly offers some truly entertaining content and ‘fun stuff to think about’.
