As a sincere nudist, the winter months with their gloom and relative absence of sun and balmy temps always bring me down somewhat.
Having said that, I am finding it quite difficult to enjoy my favourite Sydney clothes-optional beach which is only a ten minute drive away.
It’s a truly gorgeous little beach, a genuine haven or oasis far removed from the everyday madness.
To access this slice of earthly heaven there is just one single steep path and, depending on how I am feeling and where I am with my meds, it can be very difficult to get back to the car park.
On several occasions I just couldn’t walk anymore and while friendly fellow beach goers tend to ask me if I need help it is just a shame that I’m not able to make more use of this wholly wholesome outlet.

I might still ask a support worker to accompany me next time. I know it’s not for everyone and I never want to offend either but it would be such a help to have someone with me to make sure I get there and back safe and sound. It’s not always easy to know how to approach this type of thing. In my previous location it wasn’t really an issue..
Meanwhile, I am excited to have found what looks like a credible nude Tai Chi exercise site. I know Nude Yoga classes have been around for a while (just not in prudish Australia of course) but I think Tai Chi might be more suitable to be practised sky-clad. For several reasons.
