Amazing how politicians always feel the need to talk to people as if it’s only our elected officials who can see the bleeding obvious and the great unwashed are just moronic vote cattle at best.

I appreciate that motherhood statements and overuse of the magic word ‘community’ and phrases like ‘standing with them’ by themselves are bound to solve the problem of islamic terrorism.

And of course it’s key to try and keep some kind of lid on rising tensions in the put upon populace at large as well as increasingly fearful Jewish Australians.

But it’s clear that laid-back Oz won’t be that laid-back for much longer if the powers that be keep happily ignoring super disgusting antisemitism and keep importing Isis brides (we really needed those).

I was in awe of the first-responders. In all, 40 ambulances were involved in getting the casualties off the beach. When they ran out of stretchers, they kept on moving the dead and injured using surf boards.

It’s a bit of a mystery why the courageous islamic warriors were allowed to keep firing their high pressure ordnance into groups of families, women and children celebrating Hanukkah for about 20 minutes after police had arrived on the scene.

You would have thought there might have already been a highly visible police presence on the beach given the growing anti-Jewish intimidation of the last couple of years.

Also I hope it’s incorrect that witnesses reported seeing police officers frozen in place instead of taking action. Some even said they saw police run away.

Finally, it’s incredible in these instances how the legacy media just can’t bring themselves to use the words islam or muslim, not even in a responsible, balanced way.

But when the – indeed very brave man – who intercepted one of the gunmen was believed to be a muslim that’s all they kept repeating..

A lot of details will be murky for a while so I can’t verify this tweet. It’s sickening if it is though.

UPDATE: Looks like he is muslim after all. A very very brave man at any rate.
